DAYOMI mobile application

In short: DAYOMI never sells, rents, or shares your data. No advertising trackers are used. Your data is used solely to authenticate you and to give you access to the life of your community.

1. Who processes your data?

The DAYOMI application is published by DAYOMI. Your data is processed jointly by DAYOMI (the platform publisher) and by your community, which manages its member directory and the content offered to you.

2. What data do we collect?

CategoryData
Identity Title, last name, first name, Hebrew name, father's name, Kohen/Levi status, date of birth, gender.
Contact Phone number (required — it is used to log you in), email address, mailing address.
Community life Class registrations, event responses, donation pledges, Daf HaYomi pages studied.
Technical Connected devices, connection dates, IP address, notification preferences.

3. Why, and on what basis?

Legal basis: your explicit consent (collected and time-stamped at registration) and the performance of the service you request.

4. Who has access?

Only the administrators of your community and the DAYOMI technical team. Each community's data is strictly partitioned: one community never sees the members of another.

You may also withdraw your consent at any time, object to processing, and file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

The application contains no advertising, no advertising trackers, and no profiling tools. Your data is neither sold, rented, nor shared with third parties.

9. Minors

Registration is done through the sponsorship of a community. For a minor, the consent of a holder of parental authority is required.
